SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for a Transport Office Administrator, for our Client based in Dublin 8.
The main focus of the role is administrative activities supporting keg deliveries and POD generation accurately inputting all delivery data to support the billing process.
This also involves some customer service communications.
It is a varied and interesting role, where strong organisation and communication skills, with good attention to detail and common sense are important.
Some prior experience is desirable but not essential.
This is a permanent position after an initial probation period.
Full systems training is provided.
Knowledge an advantage but by no means essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and create POD delivery paperwork, through accurate data input of delivery documentation; General transport office administration & support duties as required.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Good communication & organisational skills with good attention to detail; Very accurate data entry skills and good paper work organisation skills; Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask; Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines; Excellent PC Skills: MS Office, Excel; SALARY: €35,000 per annum WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, start range 8am-9am to finish 4.30pm-5.30pm, 30-minute lunch break.
