Launch or migrate clients' businesses onto a cutting-edge business platform as an Associate in a global onboarding team. Key responsibilities include reviewing fund documentation, creating diagrams of fund structures, initializing application setups, and completing gap analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders by providing premier client service.
* Become proficient in setting up static data for clients and funds on HFS systems such as Arcesium, Fu MA, FAIRx, and IRIS.
* Collaborate closely with accounting to agree on ideal fund structures, workflows, and allocations setup.
* Participate in pre-launch calls to highlight missing or conflicting data points.
* Ensure all scheduled work is completed by agreed deadlines, checklists are signed, and trackers updated regularly.
* Proactively review teams procedures and suggest improvements/automations.
* Complete gap analysis on external administrator reports to understand differences from JPM standards and workflows.
* Map data from external reports to migration templates and reconciliation tools.
* Work closely with Data Analytics to initialize asset universes and value positions ensuring proper representation.
* Perform detailed NAV reconciliations with external administrators, maintaining complete audit histories.
Requirements:
* Degree in finance-related field required.
* Significant experience in financial services industry with prior experience in alternative funds.
* Strong knowledge of fund administration systems, reference data setup, and NAV delivery processes.
* Expertise in hedge fund structures and products including funds of hedge funds.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Alteryx.
* Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
* Professional approach to work with attention to quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
