Job Title: Senior Nutrition Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Nua Healthcare. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role.
About the Role:
The Senior Nutrition Specialist will conduct nutritional assessments for residents, develop and implement personalised dietary plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals/members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, provide nutrition education to residents and team members, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for residents to identify their specific needs and requirements.
* Develop and implement tailored dietary plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
* Provide education and training to residents and staff on nutrition-related topics.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident assessments and progress.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in dietetics/nutrition or related field.
* CORU registration.
* Full clean driver's license.
* Ability to empathise with and understand the needs of others.
* Experience working with people with additional and/or complex needs.
* Residential experience or similar setting advantageous.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and proactive self-motivator who can deliver high-quality support.
