Resolve complex process problems and serve as a subject matter expert in securities processing procedures and industry standards. Manage hedge fund operations, including Net Asset Value (NAV) computation, cash and holdings reconciliation, and security pricing. Develop and implement advanced solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement and streamlining of processing activities. Provide guidance and operational support to junior staff. Oversee the setup of new hedge funds, acting as the analytical and procedural expert for the securities processing team. Prepare comprehensive financial documentation, including expense budgets, expense analyses, and unaudited financial statements. Accurately ascertain fund values and allocate them to individual investors. Rigorously assess risk in all business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, applying ethical judgment, and transparently reporting control issues. Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent professional experience. Direct experience in securities or derivatives processing. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Asset: Programme management experience.
