Onsite Recruiter
to join one of our key client accounts based
north of Dublin
.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll act as an integrated member of the client's HR and hiring team. You'll manage their end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HR and Fortis' central support team to ensure smooth, timely and effective hiring across a range of roles.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple channels
* Schedule and coordinate interviews and feedback
* Track activity, pipeline, and metrics through the CRM and agreed dashboards
* Provide market insights and salary benchmarking where relevant
* Represent the Fortis brand professionally while embedded within the client environment
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally within Construction, Engineering, or related technical sectors (3+ years preferred)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while being part of a wider team
* Comfortable managing multiple roles at different stages of the process
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Previous experience in an embedded or RPO-style role is an advantage
