At Festina Lente, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Equestrian Coach to join our team in delivering high-quality equestrian coaching sessions to young people and adults, including those with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Coaching to develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to the needs of each rider group and/or individual. They will also contribute to maintaining the highest standards of equine welfare and ensure that all coaching sessions are conducted in accordance with our guidelines.
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a strong interest in working with young people and have a minimum of three years' experience in coaching. A BHS Stage 2 Coaching Qualification is essential, and experience in designing session plans, ethical equine care, and management is highly desirable.
Additional skills required include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to ongoing self and professional development. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to withstand the demands of the role, which may involve working in an outdoor environment.
