This position will support ourExecutive Assistant (EA)and provide general administrative help to the wider team.It is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career, or with some office admin experience, who wants to gain exposure to a busy professional services environment. You will receive guidance and training while developing your organisational and communication skills.What You'll DoSupport the Executive Assistant with day-to-day admin tasks.Help with scheduling meetings, organising diaries, and setting up calls.Prepare documents and presentations (with support and templates).Assist with booking travel and accommodation.Help with expense claims.Welcome new joiners and support team events and training sessions.Provide general admin support across the Audit & Assurance team.What We're Looking ForStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills, both written and spoken.Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloadComfortable using Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to learn and take on new tasks.A team player who is reliable and proactive.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionNice to have (but not essential):Experience working with scheduling, travel bookings.Interest in professional services or financial services.What You'll GetHands-on experience in a professional services environment.Training and support from an experienced EA.Opportunity to develop admin and organisational skills.Exposure to a collaborative and supportive team culture.IJ
