Senior Manager Procurement Strategy and Capabilities
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a part of the Procurement Strategy and Capabilities function. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving long-term Procurement category strategy development and Procurement performance management.
* Experience driving and implementing tools/technology roadmap for a Procurement Organization
* Preferred Experience in managing source to contract platform tools, such as Ariba
* Preferred Experience in supplier lifecycle management process, risk management, contract lifecycle management
* Preferred experience with procurement and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos IBM)
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence others to achieve outstanding results
* Proficiency in navigating multinational organizational matrix environment
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
