Role Overview
We are currently seeking applications for the Senior Consultant level within our Ireland team.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients, solve complex challenges, and collaborate closely with senior leaders.
The flat structure at EY-Parthenon empowers consultants to be actively involved at many levels of client work.
Responsibilities
Work with senior leaders at clients to develop organisational strategy, including defining purpose, strategic objectives, key customer segments, new geographic expansion, go-to-market approaches, capability mapping, and performance tracking.
Deliver commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side.
Conduct business development activities to win projects with potential clients.
Build a community within the team by initiating projects, writing thought leadership, supporting recruitment, and driving internal team activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Intellectually curious, passionate about solving complex problems, and driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior audiences.
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, able to break complex problems into logical components.
Comfortable handling ambiguity and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Effective time-management, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Collaborative mindset, thriving in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
