Procurement Strategist
As a key team member, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders. You will implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage the review and processing of Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Order issues.
* Update overdue Purchase Orders, adjust prices, and address over-ship/short-ship/scrap quantities.
* Maintain accuracy of Purchase Orders and OTV databases and records.
* Process STO/RMA for warehouses and resolve related issues promptly.
* Coordinate with logistic and internal teams on import/export customs issues.
* Monitor progress of RMA and ensure KBBs are shipped out by the end of each week.
* Track and expedite incoming shipments and resolve receiving issues on time.
* Suggest and draft updates to departmental work instructions.
* Lead small projects or manage cross-functional improvement teams.
* Coordinate with warehouse for serial number details and arrange shipments to suppliers.
Key Skills:
* Experience in supply chain management and logistics.
* Proficiency in procurement processes.
* Knowledge of SAP systems.
* Ability to perform testing and UAT.
* Strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
