New Product Development Role
This is a key position in the New Product Development department, supporting the creation and launch of new products from concept through to production. The role involves kitchen and factory trials, specification writing, sensory evaluations, and close collaboration with technical, production, and commercial teams.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Food Science or a related discipline, along with practical experience in NPD or technical roles within food manufacturing. They must demonstrate strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
