Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Person in Charge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our centre, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards. This includes managing staff teams, providing mentorship and leadership, and coordinating with other departments as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure personal plans, risk assessments and behavioural support plans are up-to-date.
* To deliver duties within the Centre daily in line with regulations.
* Manage staff team to provide support to people who use this service.
