* Processing interim payment applications.
* Monitoring costs and providing financial performance reports.
* Identifying and managing project variations.

A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally with exposure to new-build residential or commercial projects.
