Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Manager to support our global sales team. You will ensure operational excellence across sales workflows, data systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to maintain process consistency, data integrity in Salesforce, and support initiatives to improve visibility and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Sales Process & Systems Support
* Maintain end-to-end sales workflows for smooth opportunity progression.
* Identify and resolve blockers, data inconsistencies, or process issues.
* Perform Salesforce data quality checks and maintain custom fields and automations.
* Support Salesforce configuration and process improvements with Admins.
Reporting & Analytics
* Create dashboards and reports for pipeline health and sales performance.
* Monitor sales metrics for trends and gaps.
* Assist with data analysis and KPI tracking using Salesforce and other tools.
Cross-Functional Operations
* Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps on deal tracking and documentation.
* Support sales programs, process rollouts, training, and compensation updates.
* Maintain documentation on workflows and system changes.
Project Management & Communication
* Track and coordinate projects, timelines, and tasks.
* Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
* Draft internal communications on process or system updates.
* Prepare enablement content for the sales team.
Minimum Requirements
* 3–6 years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations.
* Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, reporting, and data maintenance.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfort with data analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
