Level 3 Senior Technical Support Engineer – West Dublin
Stack and Co, a specialist tech recruitment agency, is currently hiring for an experienced Level 3 Senior Technical Support Engineer on behalf of a well-established and growing IT services company based in West Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a senior IT support professional with strong technical ability, excellent client-facing skills, and hands-on project experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Hands-on Level 3 Senior IT support experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or client-facing role. We will consider strong Level 2 Engineers who are ready to step up to a Level 3 role.
* MSP Microsoft Partners experience is an absolute must.
* Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 setup and administration, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
* Solid experience with routers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, switches, and VOIP systems.
* Proven success managing IT infrastructure, projects, and migrations in dynamic business environments.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, compliance policies, and security features is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for system administration and automation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level support to resolve advanced IT issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
* Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (on-prem and cloud), network infrastructure, and firewalls.
* Plan and execute client IT projects including server migrations, disaster recovery solutions, and cloud deployments.
* Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
* Use PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and streamline system administration.
* Participate in daily scheduling, resource planning, and client consultation.
* Oversee IT asset management and compliance with ISO27001 standards.
* Mentor and guide junior IT support staff to support professional development.
