Head Chef Position
The Head Chef will oversee the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Kitchen department, as well as managing day-to-day operations through team engagement. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with company and hotel-specific service standards.

This role requires a leader who can keep their department calm, composed, and organised while being proactive in contributing to the strategic running of the hotel. You'll be responsible for driving revenue whilst controlling costs and maximising profit for the Kitchen. As a trendsetter you'll lead by example.
