Your impact
As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer at OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based services. You will build innovative solutions to automate operations, eliminate repetitive tasks, and deliver a seamless and resilient experience to our global customer base. Acting as a bridge between development and operations, you will drive continuous improvements in system monitoring, incident response, and operational readiness—powering the success of mission-critical applications at scale.
What The Role Offers

* Hands-on involvement in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem improvements

What You Need To Succeed
* Deep expertise in Linux systems, scripting (Python, Shell, etc.), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Proven experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Kibana)
* Hands-on skills in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Ansible, ArgoCD, GitOps)
* Strong background in microservices, RESTful architecture, and middleware support (Apache, Tomcat, Spring)
* Familiarity with both RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MariaDB) databases
* Ability to lead incident resolution, mentor teammates, and collaborate effectively across technical teams
