A multinational technology company is looking to appoint an In-House Legal Counsel to join its legal team in Dublin supporting a broad range of commercial matters anf technology transactions in a fast-moving, international business environment.This role will suit an Irish-qualified lawyer with experience advising on commercial contracts, technology-driven transactions and day-to-day legal issues arising across a growing business. The successful candidate will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and play a key role in helping the business manage legal risk while supporting commercial objectives.Key areas of focus will include:Advising on a wide range of commercial agreementsSupporting business-facing legal matters linked to technology, services and strategic projectsWorking closely with internal teams on legal risk, compliance and contract-related queriesAssisting with the development of practical legal processes and documentationProviding clear, business-oriented advice to stakeholders across different functionsThe ideal profile:Irish-qualified solicitorLikely to have circa 3–7 years’ PQEStrong grounding in commercial contracts and transactional workExperience from a leading law firm and/or in-house legal teamCommercially minded, pragmatic and confident dealing directly with the businessExposure to areas such as technology, privacy or regulatory issues would be beneficialThis is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to move into, or further develop, an in-house career in a role offering strong commercial exposure and close involvement with the business.
