As our business evolves to meet the modern retail challenges in store and online, we are now recruiting a Store Manager for our Kilkenny branch.

The successful candidate must have good organisational skills, be adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment with ambition to grow the business.
Experience in the fashion retail industry is preferable.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for the day to day management and operations of the store.
The implementation of targets, budgeting, forecasting and financial performance of the store
Develop and implement strategies such as in-store events and fashion shows to increase sales and achieve store targets .
Manage, motivate and inspire staff to deliver optimum sales and customer service.
Be responsible for the management of stock including IT system inputs, deliveries and coordinating with concession partners.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, window display and store presentation.
Handle customer complaints, compliments and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Be responsible for the management of our social media and online platforms to maximise sales.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of working in the fashion business at management level.
Excellent people management skills
Candidate must be comfortable with responsibility and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyses data to make informed decisions about customer demands and buying patterns.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Excellent understanding and commitment to store standards
Self-motivated and an excellent team motivator
Proficient in using email, Point of Sale etc.
