Drive Sales Growth

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive and manage the MICE business of our hotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with industry partners by finding new clients and maintaining existing ones.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the event lifecycle from enquiries and RFPs, site inspections, negotiation and contracting to execution for events, conferences and corporate accommodation groups.
* Work closely with the Operations team to ensure client requirements are met and delivered to the best standards to exceed guest expectations.
* Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of annual MICE targets.
* Attend industry events, trade fairs and shows in Ireland and overseas to meet potential clients and build new relationships.


Requirements

* At least 2 years of experience in a sales or meeting & events role, preferably in a hotel or agency.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal together with an outgoing personality capable of building and maintaining relationships.
* Standards-driven and customer-focused, with teamwork skills.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
