Business Transformation Professional
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategy & Transformation team, driving business transformation through world-class capabilities, processes, and strategic thinking.
The successful candidate will work in rotation, gaining experience across different roles and responsibilities within the S&T team. Key areas of focus include:
* Strategic Development:
o Support the strategy lead in determining the value and merit of key strategic initiatives, driving growth and competitive advantage.
o Develop and collate assets and materials to support strategic storytelling.
o Contribute to the development of strategic white papers (as applicable).
o Attend strategy workshops and facilitate capturing decisions, actions, and next steps.
* Strategy Enablement:
o Support project management best practices and ensure required reporting is delivered.
o Ensure project managers adhere to PM process, including use of PM tools and meeting cadence requirements.
o Collate information for Project Approval meetings and Senior Leadership updates.
o Engage with project managers via internal channels, supporting practice meetings, and maintaining the intranet site.
* Strategy Execution:
o Support Portfolio Leads in ensuring projects align with strategic priorities and deliver proposed benefits.
o Prepare data and presentations for Portfolio meetings, ensuring projects remain on scope, schedule, and budget.
o Collaborate with Capability Leads and Project Managers to complete deliverables on project management systems.
o Support Portfolio Leads with at-risk projects, allowing exposure to Project Management methodologies and processes.
o Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving portfolio and project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
* Candidates should possess a third-level qualification in business strategy or a related field.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
