Duty Manager Role Overview
As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for ensuring all departments are fully staffed and guest-ready. This includes maintaining accurate daily reports, upholding security standards, conducting thorough show arounds to promote services and resolving customer feedback in a timely manner.
* A strong background in supervisory experience within a hotel Food & Beverage environment is essential for this role.
* Prior experience as a Duty Manager or Hotel Supervisor would be beneficial but not required.
