The Role of an Engineering Supervisor is a pivotal one, driving all engineering operations during assigned shifts.
As the senior engineer on site, you will lead a skilled team of engineers and apprentices to optimize maintenance, improve uptime and support production reliability.
Responsibilities
* Owning the reactive maintenance function and supporting day-to-day running of all engineering activities
* Leveraging Lean tools to enhance performance and reduce downtime through continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborating closely with Production, Quality, Health & Safety and other functions to deliver seamless operations
* Managing preventative maintenance planning through our CMMS system and controlling spare parts availability
* Supporting capital projects to ensure smooth handovers and delivery of cost savings while maintaining productivity levels
