This role will play a key part in supporting our operations during the SAP rollout, ensuring smooth and efficient coordination across purchasing, inventory, and sales order management .## **Responsibilities**As a **Stock / Sales Coordinator**, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of purchase and sales orders - from preparation and execution to delivery monitoring. The role supports the operational and commercial teams to ensure accurate stock control, timely purchasing, and seamless customer order processing.* **Prepare, execute, and monitor the purchase order process**, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal procedures.* **Coordinate and track sales orders**, ensuring all customer requirements are processed and fulfilled effectively.* **Oversee partial and full order deliveries**, liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch.* **Maintain accurate stock levels** through proactive monitoring, reporting, and coordination with supply chain and operations teams.* **Support forecasting and replenishment activities** to ensure optimal stock availability in line with sales demand.* **Collaborate closely with internal departments** - including customer service, logistics, and procurement - to resolve any order discrepancies or delivery issues.* **Provide administrative support** as needed to ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations.# **Your Profile**This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments, suppliers, and customers.* Previous experience in stock control, sales coordination, supply chain, or operations administration (ideally within a distribution or manufacturing environment).* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience liaising between multiple teams and stakeholders.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook).* Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.* A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.## # **Our Offer**At Brenntag, we are proud to be the global market leader in chemical and ingredient distribution.
