Key Responsibilities:
* Filing of Annual Returns and ad hoc statutory forms at the Companies Registration Office
* Incorporating companies, preparing de-shelving documents, and maintaining company Minute Books and Statutory Registers
* Preparing board minutes, AGM packs, EGM packs, and updating company secretarial database
* Maintaining accuracy in financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Billing clients and debtors' collection, with attention to timely payments and cash flow management
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in corporate governance and company secretarial practices
* Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
* Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with various stakeholders
