Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Youth Services Operations Manager to support and guide our dedicated team in delivering high-quality services to young people in residential care.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to ensure that our services meet the needs of young people, their families, and our staff. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices that promote positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of service strategies, policies, and procedures;
* Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed;
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to service delivery and quality assurance;
* Contribute to the growth and progression of staff within our organization;
* Work closely with the Social Care Manager to ensure high-quality support is provided to young people.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential services for young people;
* A relevant Level 7 qualification;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
