Hospital Porter Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Porter to join our team in Kerry, Ireland.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Operating the main wash-up area and heavy-duty pot washing duties
* Maintaining general day-to-day kitchen cleanliness
* Assisting chefs with daily tasks
* Managing stock control and rotation procedures
* Cleaning all crockery and cutlery
* Ensuring all food preparation areas are consistently clean and tidy
* Collaborating with the kitchen team and following management instructions
* Fulfilling HACCP protocol requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, and be adaptable to working within new healthcare kitchen environments. A minimum of three professional references covering five years of experience is required, as well as flexibility with working hours.
