Job Opportunity:
Evara, the largest private developer in Ireland, is seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that show courts and showhouses are presented to the highest standard for each sales launch. This includes coordinating landscaping for show gardens, common areas, and showcourt approach areas. The role also involves working closely with onsite teams to ensure that show homes are snagged and presentable for sales launch items.
* Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure SITE PRESENTATION meets Evara standards
• Install on-site marketing assets on time
• Coordinate landscaping
* Sales office – layout design and installation of signage, furniture & branding
• Liaise with onsite teams
• Ensure show homes are snagged & presentable
