We are seeking an experienced Account Sourcing Manager with a deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of the IFM landscape, including hard and soft services, workplace experience management, and emerging technologies in facility management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage their expertise in IFM to drive innovative sourcing solutions, optimize service delivery, and create value for our clients across a wide range of facility management functions.
Role/Responsibilities:
* Strategic Sourcing and Procurement:
o Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with client requirements across Work Place Management service lines
o Lead negotiations, deliver savings targets, and manage S&P targets for the client account
o Conduct RFP management, bid analysis, and provide recommendations, with emphasis on FM-related contracts
o Optimize supplier portfolios to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness
* Client Relationship and Service Delivery:
o Represent JLL S&P in client/account meetings and forums
o Produce monthly and QBR reports, including service performance, savings delivery, and project plans
o Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews
o Support client surveys and report on results and improvement actions
* Operational Management:
o Manage account resources and coordinate with Account Director, Facilities Managers, and client contacts
o Maintain accurate supplier details, contracts, and framework relationships
o Ensure compliance with S&P policies, industry standards, and country-specific practices
o Oversee supplier qualification and onboarding processes
* Strategic Initiatives:
o Support transformation activities, including audits and reports
o Engage in training and knowledge sharing of JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing activities
o Develop and manage ESG strategy for the account, including sustainable practices
o Provide transition support for account activities as needed
* Performance Tracking and Compliance:
o Monitor and report on KPIs, strategic sourcing activity, and supplier performance
o Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management requirements in contracts
o Utilize appropriate procurement platforms and systems for reporting and management
o Implement best practices in service delivery and continuous improvement
Required Skills andCompetencies:
* Strategic leadership and organizational awareness, with solid experience in a leading procurement role and ability to develop EMEA strategic relationships with multi-national suppliers
* Strong project, financial, and resource management skills, complemented by excellent numerical and commercial acumen
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, influencing, and team-working abilities, with strong written and verbal English language proficiency
* Comprehensive expertise in Facilities Management,including:
o Deep understanding of FM services, supplier environments, and industry best practices
o Proven track record in managing complex FM contracts and service level agreements
o Knowledge of sustainable and innovative FM solutions to drive operational efficiency
* Extensive experience with at lease 3 years of experience in sourcing procedures and supplier management across the EMEA region, with a focus on Facilities Management-related goods and services
* Analytical thinking and sound judgment, coupled with creativity and innovation in problem-solving and approach to work
* Personal effectiveness and self-management, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant technical skills for procurement and FM operations analysis
