The Role:
This position will cover Ireland.
* Drive sales of ARC's industry-leading product range, including cavity fire barriers, cavity closers, and retrofit solutions.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ARC products are specified and supplied in new build and retrofit projects.
* Deliver expert training and technical support to ensure compliance with installation standards.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Provide market insights to support business planning and sales strategies.
What You'll Need:
* 3-5 years of experience in consultative or technical sales, ideally in building materials or construction.
* Strong technical knowledge of building products, regulations, and construction processes.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and use CRM tools effectively.
* Preferred qualifications or certifications in construction, sales, or a related field, with a minimum level 2 IFE certification. The company will support the attainment of IFE qualification if not already held.
* Full, clean driving license.
* Willingness to travel, attend industry events, and stay overnight when required.
