Proven experience improving developer experience and UX through portals, templates, and automation. Strong background in cloud-native, CI/CD, DevOps, and platform engineering practices. Ability to define and measure DX and UX metrics and drive data-informed improvements. Collaborative, empathetic, and effective at influencing without authority. Plus: Familiarity with Backstage, SW development platforms (example: Gitlab), GenAI-assisted workflows, and observability for developer tools.
