The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven
Business Development Executive
with a passion for relationship-building and a solid understanding of the full sales cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team within a growing business that values initiative, ambition, and results.
You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing a strong pipeline, and maintaining meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the recruitment and contracting sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline
* Achieving and exceeding performance targets with full visibility of KPIs
* Engaging confidently with decision-makers at all levels
* Using data and insights to drive engagement and improve conversion
* Representing Icon Accounting at industry events and networking opportunities
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree or 2+ years in a Business Development or Sales role
* Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Confidence in verbal and written communication
* Self-starter attitude with a commercial mindset and target-driven approach
