Site Manager – Dublin City Centre

* Salary up to €80,000 + Bonus + Van & Fuel Card
We're looking for a Site Manager for a live Healthcare Fitout project in Dublin city Centre. This is an immediate-start role with a well-supported site team and a strong pipeline of secured work. Initial phase runs through to April 2026.
Candidate should come from a fitout background with healthcare experience. This is a live environment, so previous work on phased or occupied projects is a clear advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
* Ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are met
* Manage site logistics, reporting, and client communication
* Deliver high-quality work in a live, phased healthcare environment
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in Site Management
* Background in fitout; healthcare experience essential
* Strong understanding of drawings, programmes, and safety systems
* Excellent communication and leadership on live sites
