Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with other product leaders to understand our platform's product strategy and your team's critical role within it.
* Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience for the services and domains your team manages.
* Articulate complex technical information related to infrastructure to a diverse range of non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
* Regularly refine and prioritise your product roadmap, driven by deep customer insights, robust data analysis, and key stakeholder input.
* You'll skillfully lead negotiation and trade-off discussions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of progressive product management experience in a technical environment, preferably with a strong background in web hosting.
* Fundamentals in technology: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-centric field such as computer science, engineering, information technology, analytics, mathematics, or business.
* Certified expertise: Product manager and/or product owner certifications (e.g., certified scrum product owner, pragmatic marketing certified product manager).
* Technical acumen: Familiarity with DevOps, production engineering, and SRE best practices.
