This leading global organisation are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background in HR data and systems.
This role will play a vital part in supporting the HR function with administrative tasks, data accuracy, and compliance, with a particular focus on working with HR systems – especially SAP SuccessFactors. Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, changes, leavers, etc.)
* Maintain and update employee records with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
* Work with the HRIS platform for inputting, tracking, and reporting HR data
* Assist in producing HR reports to support business decision-making
* Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives as required
* Ensure all HR documentation and processes comply with current legislation and company policies
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries, escalating when appropriate
Key Requirements
* HR related Degree
* Proven experience in an HR administrative or HR support role (1-2 years)
* Strong data management skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
* Experience using HRIS systems – SAP SuccessFactors experience is a significant advantage
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (comfortable with formulas, data handling, etc.)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
* Familiarity with HR compliance and best practices
