OverviewA renowned multinational company in Mayo has the opportunity for a commercial and analytical finance professional to lead their manufacturing operations planning, annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting, offering a rare opportunity for finance professionals in Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, Leitrim and North Galway to participate in a true business partnering permanent role with influence.As the Senior Finance Manager for FP&A, you will support the Ireland Finance Director in financial planning, management and insights reporting for this 500-employee site and will collaborate with them in the delivery of key, multi-site projects. You will deputise for the Ireland Finance Director when required and have the opportunity to progress to Finance Director level in 18-24 months. Among your responsibilities include:Lead strategic budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes that align with corporate growth plans and gross margin maintenance, including annual operations plan preparation for the site in collaboration with site leadersTranslate financial objectives for non-financial leaders and help them align their budgets to meet corporate targetsPresent site financial results monthly to the plant senior leadership team, offering insights into commercial performance drivers and working with department heads to mitigate future budget variancesManage a small, dedicated team who are established in their roles and coordinate inputs from the company’s SSC to enable value-added analytical and business partnering workProvide financial input into a range of project requestsA.I., Robotics & Operational ExcellenceThis company is ahead of the innovation curve with A.I. already integrated in their processes.
