About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team.
Job Description
This is a key role in supporting excellence in project delivery. You will be responsible for leading and governing cross-functional projects on site, managing selected projects within the sites project portfolio, and working with project sponsors at initiation to ensure the project scope is fully defined and understood.
You will lead project management best practice by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution is to plan, resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to the relevant on-site and above-site stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective project governance and risk management
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 6+ years industry experience with at least 4 of those years working in a project management role
* Experience in the application of project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum etc)
* Proficiency in the use of project management tools / software
* Experience in leading cross-functional matrix project teams
* Experience in MPS/Operational Excellence Green belt
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science or related field
Desirable Experience & Qualification:
Experience in a Vaccines, Biologics or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Project management qualifications (e.g. PMP certification).
