1. Develop a core knowledge of how sales operate – customer relationships, market analysis, supply chain management, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
2. Get hands-on with the vast product range and learn about different manufacturers and the sales industry.
3. Start building relationships, making deals and advising customers face-to-face over the trade counter.
4. Begin formal sales training course and network with other Graduate Trainees.
5. Complete workbook assessments to underpin learning and development and receive financial incentives.
After six months, move to internal sales account management, engaging with business customers over the phone. Learn sales development strategies and target new trading accounts.
Progress to a diverse sales field sales management position, with increased earning potential and bigger bonuses.
