We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Leisure Centre Manager to join our team at The Inn at Dromoland .
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of our Leisure Centre, inspire your team, and ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre, ensuring high standards of staffing, safety, hygiene, and performance at all times Continuously review existing systems and procedures, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational standards Create and maintain a friendly, welcoming, and relaxed environment for all Leisure Club users Ensure effective communication within the department and across other hotel departments Actively promote the Leisure Centre through internal and external marketing initiatives, encouraging staff participation Work closely with Hotel Management and the Marketing team to meet sales targets and adhere to departmental budgets Lead, develop, and supervise the Leisure Centre team, supporting performance and professional growth Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Leisure Centre Manager (desirable) Fully qualified Lifeguard NCEF qualification or equivalent in gym instruction A positive, approachable, and motivating leadership style Strong organisational and communication skills Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Benefits We offer an excellent benefits package, including: Free access to the Leisure Centre Pension scheme after 6 months Sick pay Wellness programme Competitive salary Work Authorisation: Only candidates who have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without restriction will be considered.
