Full-Time Leisure Centre Manager
to join our team at
The Inn at Dromoland
. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the daily operations of our Leisure Centre, inspire your team, and ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Leisure Centre, ensuring high standards of staffing, safety, hygiene, and performance at all times
* Continuously review existing systems and procedures, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational standards
* Create and maintain a friendly, welcoming, and relaxed environment for all Leisure Club users
* Ensure effective communication within the department and across other hotel departments
* Actively promote the Leisure Centre through internal and external marketing initiatives, encouraging staff participation
* Work closely with Hotel Management and the Marketing team to meet sales targets and adhere to departmental budgets
* Lead, develop, and supervise the Leisure Centre team, supporting performance and professional growth
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience as a Leisure Centre Manager (desirable)
* Fully qualified Lifeguard
* NCEF qualification or equivalent in gym instruction
* A positive, approachable, and motivating leadership style
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
