Key Responsibilities: Lead internal design reviews and ensure coordinated, compliant design outputs Manage design programmes, deliverables, approvals and issue registers Coordinate external consultants and specialist design packages Drive design risk management and design change control Support project teams with technical queries (RFIs) and construction information Produce, maintain and develop the company Design Manual (standards, templates, workflows, QA checks) Ensure design aligns with Irish statutory requirements (e.g. Building Regulations / BCAR ) What You'll bring: Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager / Design Manager in Ireland or similar markets Strong technical judgement and stakeholder management skills Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction (or equivalent) Knowledge of BCAR, DAC/Planning compliance and project delivery in Ireland BIM/coordination experience (Revit/Navisworks/ACC) an advantage What's next Click "Apply Now" to submit your application for Senior Design Manager role.
