Key responsibilities & duties
1. Develop construction programmes for site teams, including houses and apartments.
2. Assist in developing programmes for pre-construction and all project phases.
3. Update and track construction project programmes weekly.
4. Conduct site visits for weekly meetings and support Project Managers with program timelines, weekly reports, and monthly targets.
5. Prepare S-curve reports and conduct subcontractor risk analyses.
6. Create and update trackers, reports, and progress updates with the Project Team.
7. Provide accurate programme status updates to the Program Manager.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining high quality standards.
9. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the company.
Requirements
* Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Experience in residential construction (houses or apartments) is desirable.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Project and Excel; experience with ASTA (Powerproject) is a plus.
* Valid full driver's license.
