Job Opportunity
This opportunity offers a unique chance to lead and manage field service operations for our site in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating business challenges and recommending process improvements.
They will guide organisational strategy and lead their team to achieve key milestones and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Direct and manage activities for our site, including people management, customer satisfaction, and budget control.
Drive a culture of safety and quality by setting clear processes and empowering safety ownership.
Establish a culture of business ownership and growth by expanding market share and supporting sales.
Cultivate a leadership-driven organisation by empowering all levels to think critically and take initiative.
Build strong partnerships with customer leadership and coach managers on best practices.
Ensure continuous improvement and accountability by promoting KPI ownership at all levels.
Lead revenue growth and margin improvement by expanding market share.
You Will Need:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
7 – 10 years of relevant experience.
Extensive expertise in semiconductor or related industry, experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
High level Customer Management experience.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate complex ideas and persuade others.
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
Ability to set and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and productivity across all organisational levels.
Process Improvement and strong decision-making skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
