Maintenance Planner – Utilities
Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week
About the Role
Our client, a market leader in utilities and energy services, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to manage and optimise all planned and reactive maintenance activities across critical utilities systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and scheduling maintenance programs
* CMMS planning and backlog management
* Coordinating weekly planning meetings
* Supporting shutdown planning and system isolations
* Analysing maintenance performance and KPIs
* Managing spare parts usage and records
* Supporting reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance planning
* Strong CMMS and Excel skills
* Experience with utilities systems (HVAC, steam, compressed air, etc.)
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
