We are currently seeking a highly organised Administrative Assistant to provide support to management within our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a fast-paced and expanding business.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Manager and assist with the smooth running of general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to management
* Carry out general office duties including filing, data entry and document preparation
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Assist with daily accounts using BrightBooks
* Prepare reports, correspondence and presentations using Microsoft Office
* Manage incoming communications including phone calls and emails
* Support internal team members with administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Excellent working knowledge of:
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft PowerPoint
* BrightBooks Software
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Proactive and flexible approach to work.
* Experience in online sales or e-commerce would be advantageous
