Manage stock levels, orders, and inventory to minimise waste and maximise profitability
Train, develop, and motivate staff to maintain excellent service and efficiency
Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations
Monitor performance metrics, ensuring targets are met and exceededRequirements of this Deli Manager:
Previous deli management experience in a busy retail or food service setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and HACCP certification
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members
Excellent communication and customer service skills
