We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Senior
Chemical Regulatory Consultant
to join our growing regulatory affairs team. The ideal candidate will leverage their knowledge of
EU chemical regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP, BPR, GHS)
to consult with clients, understand their compliance needs, and help them navigate the complex regulatory environment in Europe.
This role offers significant exposure to client interaction, business development, and the development of long-term partnerships, as well as opportunities to gain deep regulatory expertise and grow within a dynamic and supportive team.
Your tasks
 * Act as a
 regulatory consultant and advisor
to existing and prospective clients, helping them understand EU chemical regulatory requirements
- Develop and deliver
regulatory insights, presentations, and proposals
tailored to client industries
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for regulatory questions and support.
- Drive
new business acquisition
by identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and presenting regulatory solutions.
- Participate in
business development activities
such as delivering presentations at webinars, seminars, and client meetings, and participating in industry conferences and exhibitions.
Qualifications
 * BSc. in Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Regulatory Affairs or related technical discipline, MSc. Degree is preferred
 * Minimum of
 5 years of experience
in chemical regulatory consulting, business development, or client relationship management within the EU regulatory context.
- Strong understanding of
EU chemical regulations, particularly REACH, CLP, BPR, and GHS
. Knowledge of non-EU chemical regulations (e.g., US TSCA, China REACH) is a plus.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a strong asset (German, French, Spanish, Italian).
