Project Manager Civil
The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional in civil and structural engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in design and construction. They will possess strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To manage workflow for civil and structural engineering projects;
2. Maintain project trackers, key dates and resource allocations;
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during tender and construction stages;
4. Evaluate early-stage project reviews to ensure accurate design intent before presenting it to senior directors.
guide team meetings from initial stage developments through milestone achievements including site visits when needed.
PMP certification is preferred but not required as long qualification demonstrates ability.
