Customer Advisor – ROI (Part-time, fixed term). Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 10:00pm. Notional hourly rate €15.00 per hour. Location: B&Q Galway.

What's the job?
Join our team, and you’ll become an expert advisor and an inspiration as well as a guide. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Sales will be important, as will tasks such as managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great. You’ll have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber, but truly great customer service will be your main aim.
What We Need
Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement. You’re friendly, outgoing and enjoy helping others. You’re comfortable using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re a team player and able to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Requirements
* Part-time, fixed term contract role
* Shifts include weekends, evenings; ability to work on a rota
* Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn stock management, displays setup, and basic paint/ timber tasks
