Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Residential Care Workers to join our care team.
* The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and necessary documentation have been completed.
Key Responsibilities include working within a rostered shift system, which includes evening and weekend working and public holidays. Members of this multi-disciplinary team are expected to maintain a 'team approach' in providing effective physical, social, and emotional care for young people.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role you must have GCSE Maths & English Language Grade C or equivalent. Additionally NVQ 3 in Youth Justice or equivalent is also acceptable (proof will be required).
