1. Lead and coordinate all activities required for the value stream to achieve business objectives.
2. Build and manage a high performing operations team.

5. Able to influence cross-functional teams & manage relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Built collaborative relationship with suppliers, customers and key stakeholders.
7. Able to lead large scale organizational changes.
8. Organize resources for the VS, balancing both long term and short term requirements.
9. Coach & develop leaders in the value stream.
10. Able to lead the VS in setting strategic goals and priorities, aligning operations strategy with business objectives.
11. Deep understanding of headcount and capacity planning for demand forecasting.
12. Proactively engage in new product development to ensure smooth transition into commercial production.
13. Owning and delivering the Safety, Quality, Service and Cost metric for the VS.
14. Aligns goals and objective setting for the VS in collaboration with senior leadership.
15. Managing all performance related matters so that the team achieves the required standards.
16. Participating in recruitment and selection activities as required.
17. Working with support departments to deliver productivity improvements.
18. Responsible for contract review process for non-development related orders.
19. Work with customer services on provision of information for attracting new business.
20. Work with relevant departments to deal with customer issues surrounding complaints, queries, credit issues, on time delivery and any other production related topics which customers need assistance with from time to time.
